Today I planted seeds for tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplant, carrots and artichokes. The weather is warm and shouldn’t drop below fifty at night all week, so I decided to just start them outside. I have them situated so that I can easily bring them in at night, though, in case winter decides to return.

If all goes well, we’ll be eating most of these foods in May…
