BAKED SALMON ALA KOVEN

f your dish has no cover, you’ll be able to cover the dish with foil. Lightly oil the dish. Pour all the water off of the potato slices and then put them into your baking dish. With a heavy fork, or masher, mash the potato slices until they are well mashed and cover the bottom of your dish. Now, spread the cooked spinach over the potatoes. Take your fish fillet and place it in the center of the baking dish, and press down.
