It is the eclectic collection of Greek Radio Stations broadcasting from Greece.
On some of the stations you will here American tunes but for the most part you will hear Greek songs sung to Greek instruments.
This collection of stations is my favorite especially when I have to recharge my emotional batteries. Even the Rebetika songs and stations which play the Greek counterpart to the American “blues” cheer me up.
Maybe it is the shared “blues” which cheers me up. Maybe it is the steady rhythm, the toe-tapping? I simply don’t know.
Anyway it is my gift to you in the hopes of lessening the bite of depression which seems to gnaw away at your heart.
