Tones

by matu feliciano

Shouting will get it
Will it?
Tones
Rage that'll get it
Will it?

Tones

Ra ca rah
Baba criminal
Cojendo Gente supreso

Tones

Taking the gethoo to another place
Self defeat is not an option
Spelling wrong is

Tones

Get it right
Self emblote the rage out

Tones

No, they have not loved you today
Not yesterday
Nor will you die

Those not loved are Orah's of survival
Blended love from everywhere
Those not loved are concious rizing
Loved by those who know JUS-US
That is what is really needed
To Rize

There are many who shadow you with love
Close to the earth, not mental disaster glowing

Tones

Smiling is an effort
Laughing doesn't come from an empty place
Pretty babies
Small hearts growing into a cruel watch
Survivors again

Tones

Another generation of "We have to have hope"
Or do we wish this time?

Tones

Reparations
Compassion has been mis-used
Chameleons take their bows
Far to many to see thru all the cross roads path
So, choice becomes confused freedom of booty call phenomenon

Tones

Then there's woman in the real
Men in their best call of manhood
None like them make hate a target for pleasure

Tones

We have those whom we call on for visual support
We line them up in our heads
We give them love to keep going

Tones

Gente de Amor
People of mucho yumba
Mucho Ache'
Seer's of life coming at ya
Seed of rize
Wish for the next generation

Tones

Bay Area givers
Diversity is real
Dame la mano, means something
Sharing the mind wealth
Giving back to make the next generation live on

Tones

You can riff
You can rap
You can dig it
You can slip and slide
But
Never give up, that you can't do

Tones

Give back
Some taking back what is not yours
Karma is not your mama

"Did you forget to love?"

Tones
