White Spider Dreams

She takes knowledge
wherever it comes from
even magic
and spins something
for tomorrow,
a place where
everyone can use
everything that has ever happened.
Keys from the past
appear in her dreams
and become keys to the future,
clues left in her more
complicated daytime
patterns and designs
reflect the dreamcatcher
hanging over her bed.
