The energy expressed from this conjunction of Mercury with Neptune will stimulate your intuition and sensitivity. This morning the spiritual voice of universal love will speak to your soul. This transit will send your imagination sailing on a trip without limits or controls. It will be difficult keeping your mind on detailed work today. Day dreaming is common under today’s influences. It?Äôs best you put off any detailed work for another day when you will have better control over your thoughts. Wednesday will be a day of spiritual inspirations, so give yourself more freedom to change and adjust with the day. Your communications today can stimulate your mind’s higher consciousness, to discover the many windows of understanding in the metaphysical arts. With your mind open to higher understanding, you will view yourself from a less personal perspective which will give you the freedom to explore new forms of thought.

On Saturday Pluto, the planet of regeneration and soul evolution, will enter the sign of Capricorn where it will transit until the spring of 2023. Pluto’s influence is not so much personal, its regenerative energy mostly affects the overall population. But if you know the house position of Capricorn in your chart, you can better prepare for Pluto’s unearthing of real motives, of what drives you to succeed. For the next 15 years the people of Earth will be under the influence of Pluto’s passage through the sign Capricorn. The last time Pluto transited Capricorn was from 1762 thru 1777. At that time you saw a group of rebellious columnists in a so-called new world, creating an independent government, with the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence. At that time, Pluto was in twenty-eight degrees Capricorn.

I feel that at the end of this Pluto transit, near the year 2023, the countries of the world will be again signing a New Declaration, uniting the world governments into one United World Democracy, following the lead of America’s rebellion back in 1776 to be a Democracy of United States. But to reach that point of a United World Government, I’m afraid the world will have to experience the worst of man’s rebellion, with his desire for power through acts of war, if we are to truly appreciate world peace. Those souls who are here after the destruction will have to pick up the pieces of humanity, and form the first United World Democracy, representing all Earth’s People.

On Sunday Mercury, the planet of communication and the details of daily life, at 23º Aquarius will turn retrograde in motion until the 18th of February. While Mercury is retrograde in Aquarius your communications and daily focus will be on how you relate in social functions, and what kind of friends you choose. The Mercury retrograde in Aquarius lesson is about being discriminating in your selection of friends, in being a sincere friend, and in evaluating people properly. This knowledge gives you the ability to communicate with people on all levels.

On Tuesday Mars, the planet of personal energy and ego drive, will turn direct in motion at 24¬∫ Gemini. Now you can move forward with your mental work. Your mental level is high, and you can work longer than usual at intellectual tasks. Now is the time to reopen communications with your sisters and brothers and neighbors. Let’s put the arguments and disagreements behind us, and seek the understanding only found from actually communicating with one another.
