You can’t mix oil and water; no matter how hard you try. Your feelings and mental thoughts are like oil and water. Each works on their own terms, and each are expressed differently. Both must be expressed to maintain freedom and balance in your life. Most people will use their powerful mind, to protect their feelings and sensitivity, which they have defined as a weakness, just because they can control the extremes of feelings. These mental controls can block the flow of feelings, which will not allow you to release the true expression of what you feel into your world. Your feelings are what keep you in touch with the reality of now, which will allow you to make real adjustments to life changes, so you can grow stronger in your awareness of you.

Your feeling run free, and deeper then any mental thought. The mind is limited by your own limited perspectives, but your feelings have no limitations. The awareness of your feelings can and will protect you much better then the limited mind, because it’s your feelings that keep you aware of the extremes between joy and pain. Your feelings are designed to alert you, so you can make real adjustments to the reality of now, in an ever-changing world. To maintain personal balance and freedom in your life you must learn to equally express both feelings, and thought into your world, without mixing them.
