Listen & Be Heard
I am always excited to bless your mic. Your audiences are the best,
and expect and respect good poetry. What more would an artist want? I
got some old stuff and some new, got plans to levitate and elevate,
reppin poetry to the fullest: WordSlanger! Drum Major for the Bantu
Nation. I remain the wickedest mouth in the West w/ no vest!!!!
One,
Word

Here’s a lil sumthin to step to:

Wordz & Bullets

Wordz & Bullets, Bullets & Wordz, runnin from mic to mic, tryin light
dis shit, word after bullet, bullet after word strung legit; if the
word miss, let the bullet hit, exploding statistics and myths

writin a new chapter beyond aftermath, we done the math, grindin
while you sleep, we underground a million strong ciphering freedom
songs, the lion wakes in Babylon

we don’t shuffle no mo, pants sag low, what don’t the big shirts show,
ridin slow smoke out the window, beat eats concrete, big dreams small
lives seek release, pain goes boom on ghetto streets

i run w/ prophets carryin the wordz of Godz, we got light for the
mob, no passin unlit torches we remain sources; alpha and omega
billions fed, as we celebrate the births and say Juba for the dead we
raising soldiers; serving Nommo like bread

from Oakland to Havana we on every channel, hot mic smokes blue
flannel, we in the street they trying to get a handle, we ain’t
animals; but don’t let the page turn and find your self surrounded by
cannibals, willing to open cages and for freedom get outrageous going
stupid on the system that dissed em

after each intro I spread the contagion, drumming for the Bantu
nation, slangin scared word i got dat Nommo, I’m sic w/ it, So I spit
to git rid of it, the mo I sow, the mo it grow, Black Ape walkin
,betta act like ya know, downpressors hit the flo !

runnin from mic to mic tryin light dis shit word after bullet bullet
after word strung legit if the word miss let the bullet hit
