Light threats - pushing, shoving, yelling, shooting the bird etc.... which can only be retaliated with by one means............walking away. Heavy Threats- Everything else. Refer to Mann Act - "You may use whatever force is necessary when you clearly percieve an assualt is about to take place on you, or your persons causing serious bodily harm or death."
